Self help

Options for supporting physical health are often more obvious with gyms being available in most places, fitness classes taking place in many village halls, and groups such as local walking and running clubs set up in communities. Options to support your mental health are often less visible and obvious. 
We have compiled a list of those Norfolk school leaders are accessing:

Norfolk School Leader Association.

  • Fortnightly peer support groups – Wednesdays 10am-11am – see calendar invites
  • Monthly Ofsted focused peer support groups – 2nd Tuesday of the month- 10am-11am
  • Mentoring for new school leaders
  • Open Forum sessions – collaborative discussions working on solutions for system wide stressors and challenges
  • At the end of an email when you need them

Heads up 4 HTs

    • 2 regular community Zoom meetings to come together and talk
    • Every Wednesday 7.30-8.30pm every other week
    • Every other Saturday in term time 9.30-10.30am
