Historically, our Association has been funded via a subscription model alongside a contribution from Schools’ Forum. For 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 we have been fully funded via the Schools’ Forum Grant.

Our working model ensures any monies received are put back into the system after costs are covered. The main purpose of our governance group is to ensure we are sustainable, and costs are kept as low as possible. Any expenditure must be for the benefit of the school leaders we serve.

Each member of the governance group is a serving or ex-governor from one of a range of settings across the system. Our governance group was established in 2023 and our current members have been selected to ensure they represent a broad range of Norfolk settings.
