Our purpose is to support the leaders of the 400+ state funded Primary, Secondary and All Through school leaders in Norfolk. We aim to ensure that every school leader in Norfolk is part of a network that provides them with a voice, and the knowledge and tools they need to effectively lead their school communities.

We represent Norfolk school leaders both locally and nationally and work with partners across the whole education landscape to ensure our leaders are able to thrive.
