We exist to champion the leaders of Norfolk’s 400+ state-funded primary, secondary and all-through schools. We aim for every school leader to feel connected, supported and empowered through a network that amplifies their voice and provides the knowledge and tools required to lead with confidence.
Through collaboration with partners at local and national levels, we advocate for school leaders, address the challenges they encounter, and promote practical solutions that enable them and their school communities to thrive.
