There is no question that Ofsted can be a significant contributor to school leaders stress and have a negative impact on wellbeing, this is most acute immediately before and after inspection. These monthly online sessions are to support Norfolk school leaders to come together during that time: share best practice, resources, experiences and advice, as well as being a safe space to explore concerns around upcoming inspections or recent outcomes.
